As a social worker and diet


First week

Hello, my name is Isaac Yepez, I am 19 years old and I am in the sixth semester of my career.

As a social worker, I must be empathetic with people but also prevent conflicts and intervene in problems to reach possible solutions


Next, I will show you a little of what I learned in our english classes, in this case I am going to leave you a diet to increase muscle mass.

Diet to gain muscle mass eat foods rich in protein, shakes, fruits and lots of water.

- Meat 

 - Chicken

 - greek yogurt

- eggs

 - fish 



Smoothies:

 - Banana smoothie

 - Peach smoothie 

 - Chocolate and almond smoothies 

 - Walnut smoothies 



Fruits:

 - Apple

 -Banana 

 - Papaya 

 - Pineapple 

 - kiwi
